The city of Houston is a sprawling metropolis. The downtown is large enough but the extending suburbs extend for miles around the city. Houston couples a terrific climate (although a little muggy in August) with tons of activities and events in and around the city. It also is fantastically located near the center of the country and is home to the oil and gas industry for North America. With so many Fortune 500 companies based in Houston, we have compiled a list of places to house your next corporate event.
The Rustic
The Rustic is one of our favorite venues in Houston, and has an outstanding outdoor area where we frequently have games for their clients. This is a really great place for food, beverage, live music and entertainment downtown. They also have a secondary location in Post Oak. Plenty of parking and a great space for large scale happy hours, get togethers and events of all types.

The Union HTX
In a restored bungalow from the 19th century resides a new event space in Houston’s Sixth Ward. It is a smaller space with whitewashed walls that can be outfitted to your desire, prices are not unfortunately listed. There is on site parking. They provide tables, linens, and chairs along with a back patio. This place is definitely better suited to smaller events, under 50 people.

Toque Event Space
With capacity for up to 250 guests in their 3,500 square foot event space, Toque provides a blank canvas for your next event. They have booths around the perimeter of the space along with a bar in the center back portion. There is a PA system and wifi throughout. No prices are listed but they do show a high degree of elegance in their photos

Sharespace
With two different locations that are essentially open floor plans, you can choose how to decorate the interior for your event. The Preston location is downtown, just next to Minute Maid Park. This one is available for less than $600 for an evening rental. The Naylor Street is northwest of downtown and rents for $1,000 for a night.

The Bell Tower on 34th
Outside of town in the northwest of Houston lies a lovely venue that can support up to 1500 guests. This enormous venue has room for a full dance floor and conference room. Rentals start at $1,000 and upwards. Bar packages begin at $22/person and $59/person for food.
